So What Actually Separates the Torcal S From the Standard Torcal?

Side by side, the Torcal S is 0.6 seconds slower, 146 PS down and 30 km/h shy on top speed, despite coming from the same group and the same generation of 800-volt hardware. The gap is not a matter of capability. It is a matter of choice.

Is 0.6 Seconds Actually Something a Passenger Can Feel?

Yes, and more than the number suggests. What a passenger registers is not the stopwatch but the force pressing them into the seat and the snap of the head going back. The picture sharpens when you set it beside Bentley’s own Thai price list. The cheapest Bentley on sale here is the Bentayga A Hybrid at THB 15,800,000, while the UK Bentayga V6 Hybrid starts at GBP 156,145, or roughly THB 6,940,000 converted. That puts the Thai price of that car at 2.28 times its converted UK price.

So What Budget Should a Buyer Be Holding Back?

No firm number yet, because Bentley Bangkok has not announced a Thai price and the tax treatment of an EV is not the tax treatment of a hybrid. One fact does work in the Torcal S’s favour, though: the restructured Thai excise tax that took effect on 1 January 2026 cut the rate on electric passenger cars from 8% to 2%, the lowest band in the entire structure, while combustion cars emitting more than 200 g/km of carbon dioxide sit at 34% and above.

The Torcal runs a 113 kWh net battery on an 800-volt system and accepts up to 400 kW of DC charging, taking it from 10% to 80% in under 20 minutes and adding around 160 km of range in seven. The battery is covered for 10 years or 100,000 miles, which is roughly 160,000 km.

The figures that decide more real purchases are the practical ones: a 460-litre boot plus a 90-litre frunk, a five-metre body, an 11.1-metre turning circle, and Bentley’s own note that this is the shortest four-door in its line-up. In city traffic that matters rather more than the 0-100 time does.

What Materials Go Into the Cabin?

The interior is where Bentley put the detail. There is 100% Merino wool certified to the Responsible Wool Standard, leather in 15 olive tan shades plus three new colours called Teal, Terra and Glaze, Dinamica in another 15 shades, and a choice of wood veneers and piano finishes.
